BioA disillusioned academic who is playing at being a civil servant. I'm an unconditionally pro choice feminist who hates all things misogynist and anti-choice. I have a 7 year old son who i bring up entirely by myself with no support from the "sperm donor" or family, this has made me incredibly independent and strong. One day i would like to add to my family with kitties, guinea pigs and an adopted human child; the thought of another pregnancy and labour scare me beyond belief.
I'm often accused of being shy and aloof but the truth is that i don't know many like-minded people locally so i like to vent online and only have friends here who accept me for who i am wholeheartedly; i can't be doing with wishywashy types who think that i should *start* to follow convention - never going to happen!
